We’re Bonnie and Josh Sherman — a mother‑and‑son real estate team proudly serving Northern Colorado. As lifelong Greeley natives, we’ve watched Weld and Larimer counties grow into the thriving communities they are today, and we’re passionate about helping people plant roots here.

Bonnie first sold real estate in Northern Colorado from the late 1990s through 2007, then returned to the industry in 2017 with Josh by her side. Together, we bring a blend of experience, unique skills, local knowledge, and real‑life perspective that helps our clients feel confident and supported and smarter through every step of buying or selling a home.
